Were you a part of "Beatle-Mania?" Crazy for the Dave Clark Five? Are you a fan of British rock music in general? Enjoy a "Musical Mystery Tour of England" at Rodman Public Library on Saturday, June 11, at 2:30 p.m.

Dr. James Perone, Margaret Morgan Ramsey Professor in Music at the University of Mount Union, will talk about a trip that he and his wife, Karen, took to the United Kingdom in 2010.

He will give a multi-media presentation and talk about Beatles-related and other British rock music sites in London and Liverpool that they visited. He will also share his experiences of meeting and dining with a former ghost songwriter for the Dave Clark Five.

Dr. Perone is a member and past president of the Kiwanis Club of Alliance and an active member of Union Avenue United Methodist Church. He lives in Alliance with Karen, his wife and Chuck, the cat.
